More information
This service applies globally recognized engineering and project management methodologies (such as PMI standards) to ensure your project remains strictly within the approved budget. The process is executed through the following structured phases:
1. Methodology & Work Plan
Establishing the Cost Baseline: Analyzing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and distributing costs across activities and the schedule to determine exactly when and how funds will be spent.
Periodic Monitoring: Tracking actual site expenditures (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors) and comparing them regularly against the planned budget.
Variance Analysis: Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) to detect whether the project is over budget or within safe financial limits, identifying the root causes of any deviations immediately.
Financial Forecasting: Proactively calculating the Estimate at Completion (EAC) to prevent any budget deficits before they occur.
2. Project Deliverables
Cash Flow S-Curve: A visual representation of the project's financial status (Planned vs. Actual).
Cost Performance Reports: Standardized reports including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Cost Variance (CV).
Change Orders Log: A dedicated tracker to monitor the financial impact of any variations or scope changes on the budget.
3. Requirements to Start (Inputs)
To ensure maximum precision, I will need access to available project documents, such as:
The Priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
The project schedule (whether a simple Bar Chart, Primavera P6, or MS Project file).
Current actual expenditure records or site invoices.
