Marota City infrastructure project
A comprehensive infrastructure development and implementation project in Marota City, covering road networks, water supply, wastewater and stormwater drainage, electricity, telecommunications, domestic gas, and related infrastructure services. Role & Responsibilities: Served as Project Manager and Head of the Supervision Team, responsible for managing and overseeing construction supervision activities, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders, monitoring project progress and quality of execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, addressing technical and construction challenges, and following up on the works to meet project requirements.

Rehabilitation of the Straight Street in Old Damascus
Project Description: One of the most prominent projects for the rehabilitation of historical axes in Old Damascus, extending from Bab al-Jabiya in the west to Bab Sharqi in the east with a length of approximately 1,900 meters. The project included the rehabilitation and paving of the street and sidewalks, treating the facades and properties of the overlooking buildings, and highlighting the archaeological elements within the site. Role: Head of the Supervision Team (Resident Engineer) Responsible for the technical supervision of the project works, coordinating and following up on tasks and relevant stakeholders, and monitoring implementation quality and its compliance with project requirements while preserving the historical and architectural character of the street.

Massar Rose – Children’s Discovery Centre Project
The Massar Rose Project in Damascus is a distinctive project combining innovative architectural design with complex multidisciplinary structural and technical requirements. During one of the project phases, I served as the Project Management Unit (PMU) Manager, overseeing and coordinating project activities, coordinating among the relevant stakeholders and parties, monitoring project progress, and addressing technical and administrative challenges to support the achievement of the project’s objectives.
