An engineering firm and a training academy in one place. SyriaBIM Tech for engineering studies and consultancy (buildings, infrastructure). The SyriaBIM Academy for engineering and language training, and the SyriaBIM Academy for scientific research. Some of our projects: Car showrooms – Homs – 2021: 20 car showrooms of various sizes in the city of Homs, plus 11 offices (38 m2 each), a 128 m2 restaurant and a 35 m2 cafeteria. Slunfeh – Jubbat Duryus – 421/2020: a residential and commercial tower of 6 basements, a commercial ground floor and 3 repeated residential floors; the structure is reinforced concrete with 25 cm hordi slabs, and the foundation is a beamed raft 50 cm thick with 100 cm deep beams; the structural design and architectural modelling were done by SyriaBIM Tech. Residential tower on plot 66 – Tenth Project – Lattakia / 2018: architectural and structural design of a 12-storey residential building – Tenth Project – plot 66. Lusail 18 commercial office tower – Doha – Qatar / 2016-2017: the tower has 3 basements, a ground floor, 2 podiums and 38 repeated floors, with a total built area of 114,000 square metres; BIM was used in design, coordination and delivery (AutoDesk Robot, Revit and cloud technology). Our engineering team carried out: 1. the structural design of the whole tower for Global Maamar; 2. the LOD300/350 structural model; 3. production of the structural design drawings; 4. architectural modelling of the tower's external façade. SCI KIMORA residential building – Ivory Coast – Abidjan / 2020: the structure is reinforced concrete with flat slabs and a reinforced raft; the villa's structural design was done by SyriaBIM Tech. Olympic Village project in France – Paris / 2020: the SyriaBIM Tech team carried out LOD300 structural modelling of the building, made up of 12 blocks of 7 storeys, coordinating with the architectural model produced by a French firm using BIM Cloud. New engineering faculties building at Qatar University / 2015-2016. LOD300/350 structural and architectural modelling for BIMTECH, and structural investigations during construction.
