Emaar Al-Ghad for Metal Smelting Ltd was founded in the Syrian Arab Republic and registered with the commercial register secretariat in Hisyah Industrial City under commercial register No. 132, under the provisions of Investment Law No. 10 of 1991 and its amendments, by decision No. 376 dated 12/12/2006. Its purpose: to set up and operate a plant for smelting imported ferrous metals and local and imported scrap, producing steel billet, reinforcing bars and industrial sections, and producing liquid and gaseous oxygen, nitrogen and argon, and importing and exporting all legally permitted materials.
