Experience

• Military Housing Establishment (2009-2010): delivery and organisation of survey books for the workers' housing project, and planning work.

• General Housing Establishment (2010-2024): in the period (2010-2011), supervision of the workers' housing project and planning and preparation of the annual plan, and following up the handover of structural study work for study contracts and review, and preparing the technical file for the project (technical specification document, price analysis); then head of the technical review section, with duties including reviewing survey books, reviewing interim and final statements and calculating quantities, preparing the estimated statement, calculating price differences arising on materials as a result of price rises or falls, applying salary, wage and fuel circulars to them, and valuing dwellings.

• Al-Kutra Contracting Company (Jdeidat Al-Fadl): study of a residential building and preparation of the necessary working drawings, supervision of delivery (delivery of the structural elements of the frame) and preparation of weekly statements of the work carried out, supervision of the delivery of cladding work and preparation of the estimated statement needed for it (B.O.Q), coordination with material suppliers to follow prices, drawing up agreements with workshops and delivery contractors, and preparing weekly financial statements for the workshops.
