Negative-Side Waterproofing of a Ground-Floor Shop

The shop was suffering from water ingress from the adjacent property, resulting in severe deterioration of the paint and plaster layers, as well as significant mold growth, particularly inside the display cabinets.

The deteriorated plaster was removed, and a layer of IS waterproofing paste, with a thickness of no more than 5 mm, was applied, effectively resolving the problem.
