Massar Rose – Children’s Discovery Centre Project

The Massar Rose Project in Damascus is a distinctive project combining innovative architectural design with complex multidisciplinary structural and technical requirements. During one of the project phases, I served as the Project Management Unit (PMU) Manager, overseeing and coordinating project activities, coordinating among the relevant stakeholders and parties, monitoring project progress, and addressing technical and administrative challenges to support the achievement of the project’s objectives.
