Marota City infrastructure project

A comprehensive infrastructure development and implementation project in Marota City, covering road networks, water supply, wastewater and stormwater drainage, electricity, telecommunications, domestic gas, and related infrastructure services.

Role & Responsibilities:
Served as Project Manager and Head of the Supervision Team, responsible for managing and overseeing construction supervision activities, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders, monitoring project progress and quality of execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, addressing technical and construction challenges, and following up on the works to meet project requirements.
